Dividend payout information

Dear all,

NLB Banka AD Skopje informs its shareholders that the dividend payout for 2018 will start from June 28 2019. All shareholders of NLB Banka AD Skopje that have the right to receive a dividend payment for 2018, are recorded in the Issue of the Shareholder's Book from the Central Securities Depository as of June 13 2019.

For the shareholders holding accounts in NLB Banka AD Skopje, the dividend will be paid on their transaction accounts within the Bank.

For shareholders who do not have an account in the Bank, the payment will be made according to a personally filled-in and signed form from the shareholder "Instructions for dividend payout" in the Bank's branches or in the Strategic Planning and Financial Controlling Department, Financial Management Department. Identification of shareholders is done with a personal identification document, identity card or passport.

In addition to the instruction form, the shareholder is required to submit a copy of the transaction account from the Bank to which the dividend will be paid.

Non-resident shareholders are obliged to submit a copy of a passport for the purpose of providing a tax number from the Public Revenue Office of the Republic of North Macedonia.
