NLB Banka has been declared as “The Best Bank in Macedonia” by the prestigious international financial magazine “The Banker” for 11 times

Chronologically, over the years NLB Banka has been awarded with the following awards and recognitions:

2022	“The Best Bank in Macedonia for 2019” by the „The Banker“
2022	For the "NLB Assistance Framework" project, NLB Banka Skopje received the national award for the best socially responsible practice in the "Investment in the community" category among large enterprises for 2021 and recognition for the most innovative practice. "NLB Assistance Framework" is a program initiated and supported by the NLB Group that was implemented in all markets in the region where the Group is present and represents a unique project to support micro and small enterprises in the Covid crisis. The project started in the first pandemic year, 2020, and it continued in 2021
2022	NLB Bank's first electronic banking assistant, NELA, won second place in the "Best Automated Chatbot Tool" category at the "Site of the Year 2021" portal selection.

2019	„Crystal Bell Award for most transparent company“ - 3rd place by Macedonian Stock Exchange -

2018	Best Bank in Macedonia for 2018 by the respectable financial magazine "The Banker"
2018	The National Award for Best Social Responsible Practices for 2018, in the category investment in the community with the project "Friendship with the Special Olympics Macedonia"
2018	“Award for member with highest turnover” realized through the stock exchange in 2016, as well as 3rd place for the achieved share in the total turnover and number of transactions realized in 2017
2018	Award at the Europe Banking Awards 2017 for the best bank in Macedonia by the financial magazine EMEA.
